Note that the events at La Costa will be held on the following dates in 2014:
February 15, April 5, May 25, June 28, July 5, August 30, Sept 27, and November 1

On each date, several members of SAG will show their artwork
on the promenade at La Costa Resort.

These events are open to the public.   Valet parking is free.

Silver Surfer Art Exhibit

The Sargent Art Group is having an Art Exhibit at Omni La Costa Resort and Spa, in Carlsbad Saturday April 5 from 9am to 4pm.  Ten local artists will explore a wide range of styles in oil, acrylic, photography and watercolor, including pottery and fiber art, plus other interesting artisan items. 

Participating artist include: Karen Fidel, Bob Coletti, Rosemary Valente, Nancy Evans, Kathleen McVey, Lynn Ely, Rina Torri, Terry Allen and Donald Pallia.

During the San Diego Jazz Festival, local artists of the Sargent Art Group will be exhibiting on the La Costa Resort and Spa Promenade over Memorial Week-end, May 25 & 26.

Fifteen artists will exhibit their fine arts in oil, acrylic and water colors from 9:00am to 6:00pm.  Also, rare photography, sling bags, glass art, pottery, and photo illustrations will be featured.  Participating artists are Mary Borges, Bob Coletti, Karen Fidel, Kathleen Hamilton, Carol Korfin, Nick MacConnell, Linda Melvin, Kathleen McVey, Diane O’Connell, Terry Oshrin, Sue Paparisto, Rita Shulak, Rosemary Valente, and Donald Pallia.

Parking at the Valet Service and the Art Exhibit is free.

Art Expo Returns to THE La COsta Resort And Spa

Members of the North County Sargent Art Group will return to La Costa Resort And Spa on August 6 for the “ Local Couleur 3” Art Expo & exhibit on the promenade in the La Costa Resort village atmosphere.  Art Expo will be held from 9:00am to 4:00pm.   Seven members of the art group will exhibit original fine art in Oil, Acrylic, Giclee, Water Color, Mixed Media and Carvings. Smaller art objects, such as purses and cards, will be included.  In addition, a local mural painter will exhibit samples of her work.  The Art Expo is open to the members of La Costa and the public. 

Parking is free at the Valet service.  La Costa Resort and Spa is located at 2100 Costa Del Mar Road, the La Costa exit and El Camino Real in Carlsbad.
